I am Attila László Csőke, an expert in international economic affairs. I have more than 30 years of experience in international trade, financial advisory and energy industry. I studied at the Institute of International Relations in Moscow, where I graduated with a degree in international economic affairs.
During my professional career I have worked in foreign trade, financial consultancy and energy projects. Initially, I worked for Vidimpex Foreign Trade Ltd., where I was involved in the coordination of projects for the representative offices in Moscow. Subsequently, I worked as a project manager in the Moscow representative office of Contradex Ltd., restructuring the financing of large-scale industrial projects such as the reorganization of the Balhasmed and Kirovgrad copper plants.
As Head of the Russian representative office of Conimpex GmBH, I coordinated energy projects in the Tumen region, and as Managing Director of Consinvest Ltd., I supported the expansion of US telecommunications companies in Russia and Vietnam. Later, as CEO of CEGE Ltd. and OT Industries, I managed the implementation of geothermal energy and complex energy solutions.
I am currently a director of the Geneva office of Normeston Trading S.A., a company trading in crude oil and oil products. My strategic thinking, the search for innovative solutions and my knowledge of international markets and national trading cultures have played a key role in achieving my objectives.
Throughout my life, it has been important to me to participate in global economic processes in a way that contributes to sustainability, increases efficiency and creates opportunities for future generations to continue to grow.
I believe that the challenges, difficulties and ups and downs of international markets always present extraordinary opportunities that can be exploited effectively with the right approach.
During my career, I have worked in many countries and gained in-depth experience of international business cultures. In my work, I have focused on innovation and technological development, which are key issues in a modern economy. Keeping abreast of global economic trends helps me to offer my partners up-to-date solutions.
